Abstract
Mean percentage outcrossing was measured in plots of green-stemmed (recessive) marker stocks of Cajanus cajan for different directions and distances (0-100 m) from a centrally located purple-stemmed (dominant) plot. Results suggested that wind direction influenced insect movement and hence extent of outcrossing.
