Abstract

Integrated management of a polyphagous and most devastating pest like Helicoverpa armigera, needs more attention. Keeping in view of the indiscriminate irse of the synthetic pesticides, the root cause for the resistance, resurgence and residual activity, on ecofriendly approach for its management, in the form of Biological and Biopesticidal, management was organized during the period Nov 99 to Jan 2000, as a part of IPM research going on at ICRISAT, Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh.
