Abstract
This high-yielding improved germplasm line with multiple resistance to insect pests and bud necrosis disease was derived by the bulk pedigree method from a cross between F334A-B-14 (resistant to Botryodiploidia theobromae) and NC Ac 2214. Mean pod-yield advantages over TMV2 were 57% at the pod-filling stage. Rainy season maturation takes 105-110 days. Shelling turnover is 66%. The rose tan seeds contain 52% oil and 20% protein.
