Abstract
The focus of this study is to characterize the watersheds in terms of crop and livestock development. Watershed development while improving the crop sector is expected to improve the feed and fodder situation and thus facilitate dairy development. This study analyzes the economic conditions of the people living in six watershed villages in Andhra Pradesh in the &rst year of implementation of the watershed program under the Andhra Pradesh Rural Livelihood Program (APRLP).
