    Abstract

    Blister beetles of the subfamily Meloidao are widely known as flower beetles or pollen beetles feeding on cereals, grain legumes and Malvaceae(Hill 1983). Genera involved are: Psalydolytta, My labris, Decapotoma, Coryna, Cyl indrothorax, Cyanopytta etc . Several species of these genera have been observed on millet (Pennisetum g laucum (L.)R.
