Abstract

To proactively address challenges and new developments in its rapidly changing task environment, ICRISAT is mapping out a new Strategic Plan to 2020. This initiative is also being undertaken to pursue the recommendation of ICRISAT’s sixth External Program and Management Review (EPMR) in 2009-2010. Essentially, strategic planning enables us to:
