%X As a result of further reduction of scientific staff in this sub-program, our research efforts have to be reduced this year. The sub-program is left with only one Agricultural Engineer and one Research Associate. We had a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow working in the area of tillage who left in February 1983 to join a position at G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, India.
