<dc:description>Based on our earlier observations that some groundnut cultivar in India produced higher yields when inoculated with a Rhizobium strain NC (for detaile see Nambiar, 1985) a trial to be conducted in few other countries was proposed. Scientists from 18 countries responded to our invitation and we despatched peat inoculant and seeds(Cv Robut 33-1); to those centers along with details of the observations to be recorded. A part from cv Robut 33-1, two local cultivars were proposed to be included in this experiment in this report....</dc:description>
