V. Muell var. grandifolius, a wild relative of pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp.). The plants of this male-sterility system do not produce pollen grains and the androecium is underdeveloped. The paper also reports identification of six diverse male-sterility maintainers. date: 2013 date_type: published publication: Indian Journal of Genetics and Plant Breeding volume: 73 number: 3 publisher: Indian Society of Genetics and Plant Breeding pagerange: 259-263 refereed: TRUE issn: 0975-6906 official_url: http://www.indianjournals.com/ijor.aspx?target=ijor:ijgpb&volume=73&issue=3&article=004 related_url_url: http://scholar.google.co.in/scholar?as_q=%22A+novel+source+of+CMS+in+pigeonpea+derived+from+Cajanus+reticulatus%22&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_occt=title&as_sauthors=&as_publication=&as_ylo=&as_yhi=&btnG=&hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5 related_url_type: pub citation: Saxena, K B (2013) A novel source of CMS in pigeonpea derived from Cajanus reticulatus.
