The coloured picture of the line is provided for easy identification. The genetic variability for all the metric traits is conspicuous. However, some of the qualitative traits like anthocyanin coloration, glume color the differences between the lines are indistinct or trivial. Among the biochemical traits such as sucrose, glucose and fructose, the differences are noteworthy among the cultivars. The poor productivity of tropical sorghums during post-rainy season is attributed to photo-thermo sensitivity date: 2013 date_type: published series: SpringerBriefs in Agriculture publisher: Springer place_of_pub: India pagerange: 81-115 pages: 130 refereed: TRUE isbn: 978-81-322-0782-5 book_title: Characterization of Improved Sweet Sorghum Cultivars editors_name: Rao, P S editors_name: Kumar, C G related_url_url: http://scholar.google.co.in/scholar?as_q=Post-rainy+Season+Cultivars+and+Hybrid+Parents&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_occt=title&as_sauthors=&as_publication=&as_ylo=&as_yhi=&btnG=&hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5 related_url_type: pub citation: Srinivasa Rao, P and Kumar, C G and Reddy, B V S and Kamal, A and Sharma, H C and Thakur, R P (2013) Post-rainy season cultivars and hybrid parents.
