abstract: To Study reaction resistant Tomato Varity NTDR-1 t Meloidogyne spp. isolates (M.incognita and M. javanica) were obtained from the cultures collected and maintained in department of Plant Pathology, University of Agricultural Sciences, Hebbal Bangalore. Nematode isolates were initiated from single egg mass and established on Pusa Ruby tomato..
