%X The region covered by the Southern African Development Coordination
Conference (SADCC) member countries, Angola, Botswana,
Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and
Zimbabwe, is very large and diverse. It lies between the
Atlantic (1IOE) and Indian Oceans (410E) and stretches from
