%X Retrospective: How the context in 2007/8 has changed plans for 2009: ICRISAT is now  approaching its next EPMR (2008/9). It had a most constructive and productive year in 2007  and was rated outstanding by the World Bank based on its 2006 Performance Indicators.  The projected expenditure for 2008 has increased to $39.1 Million from $32.6 Million in  2007.
