On another 78 experimental samples, oil content was first obtained using the n.m.r. method and the Soxhlet values were predicted using the above functional relationship. On the 78 samples the predicted values were highly correlated (r=0.972) with those obtained by Soxhlet extraction. The n.m.r. method is rapid, easy, acurate and non-destructive date: 1985 date_type: published publication: Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture volume: 36 number: 3 publisher: John Wiley & Sons pagerange: 162-166 refereed: TRUE issn: 0022-5142 official_url: http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/jsfa.2740360306 related_url_url: http://scholar.google.co.in/scholar?as_q=Analysis+of+oil+content+of+groundnuts+by+nuclear+magnetic+resonance+spectrometry&num=10&btnG=Search+Scholar&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_occt=title&as_sauthors=&as_publication=&as_ylo=&as_yhi=&as_sdt=1.&as_sdtp=on&as_s related_url_type: author citation: Jambunathan, R and Raju, S M and Barde, S P (1985) Analysis of oil content of groundnuts by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry.
