Since 2002, ITFs and vouchers have been the preferred mechanism for responding to emergency needs within the agricultural sector. After four years of ITF/voucher implementation and a sense of frustration with repeated emergency interventions in response to chronic problems, there is an on-going debate as to how best to modify the approach and what objectives ITFs should fulfill. date: 2005 date_type: published publisher: International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics place_of_pub: Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh, India pages: 48 institution: International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics related_url_url: http://scholar.google.co.in/scholar?as_q=Agricultural+Input+Trade+Fairs+and+Vouchers+in+Mozambique%3A+Experiences+and+lessons+learned&num=10&btnG=Search+Scholar&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_occt=title&as_sauthors=&as_publication=&as_ylo=&as_yhi=&as_sdt=1.&as_ related_url_type: pub citation: Longley, C and Dominguez, C and Devji, M (2005) Agricultural Input Trade Fairs and Vouchers in Mozambique: Experiences and lessons learned.
