complement to the Guide, for use by extension workers, NGO farm&#13;
advisors, and anyone interested in expanding the range of options for&#13;
farmers. It describes a number of low-cost options suitable for the&#13;
resource-poor smallholder farmer, who cannot always afford the&#13;
recommended fertilizer rates.</dc:description>
