Based on the disease damage score, cluster analysis identified four major clusters corresponding to the disease reaction exhibited by the parents and the hybrids. Of the four clusters, Cluster I was considered to be the most important cluster as the progeny was resistant irrespective of the disease reaction of the parents involved. The hybrids MS 11 × R 3 and MS 9 × R 3 involving resistant- and moderately-resistant parents exhibited a hypersensitive reaction. date: 2002 publication: Crop Improvement volume: 29 number: 1 pagerange: 47-52 refereed: TRUE related_url_url: http://scholar.google.co.in/scholar?as_q=Classification+of+sorghum+genotypes+for+leaf+blight+resistance&num=10&btnG=Search+Scholar&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_occt=title&as_sauthors=&as_publication=&as_ylo=&as_yhi=&as_sdt=1.&as_sdtp=on&as_sdtf=&as_sdts=5&hl= related_url_type: author funders: Council of Scientific and Industrial Research(India) citation: Durga, K K and Reddy, M S S and Reddy, B V S (2002) Classification of sorghum genotypes for leaf blight resistance.
