	bibo:abstract "Pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) is a\r\nstaple food popularly cultivated by\r\nsmall farmers in Niger. The stover are\r\nalso used as feeds for livestock (small\r\nruminant) as basal diet, especially\r\nduring the cold dry season.\r\n ICRISAT has developed many dualpurpose\r\nmillet varieties that aim to\r\nincrease feeds for livestock while\r\nproviding grain as food to farmers. But\r\nthe nutritional quality of Stover of\r\nthese varieties for livestock are not\r\nknown.\r\n This research aims to assess the\r\nquality of residues of the dual-purpose\r\nvarieties and their effect on feed\r\nintake and live weight changes of\r\nyoung sheep."^^xsd:string;
