%X This manual of Genebank Operations and Procedures at ICRISAT provides information in 10 chapters regarding germplasm assembly, plant quarantine, seed processing and storage, germplasm distribution, monitoring, germplasm regeneration, characterization and preliminary evaluation, and taxonomic classification. We hope, this manual helps other genebank curators and researchers in their work for preserving plant biodiversity in ex situ collections. We welcome any suggestions to improve the manual in further editions.
