Application of recommended dose of\r\nfertilizer (25:50:25 NPK+ Gypsum @ 500kg ha-1\r\nat 30 DAS) along with micro nutrient (ZnSO4@ 25 kg\r\nha-1 & Borax @ 10 kg ha-1\r\nat basal application) gave higher growth characters viz., plant height, leaf area\r\nplant-1\r\n, total dry matter plant-1\r\n, leaf area index, crop growth rate, relative growth rate, and yield attributes\r\n& yield viz., number of pods plant-1 (37.02), weight of pods plant-1 (32.70 g), pod yield(1633.95 kg ha-1\r\n),\r\nhaulm yield (2059.89 kg ha-1\r\n) of groundnut crop.
