This guide suggests gender-responsive actions that can be adapted by different companies based on their individual needs and context, in order to enhance their efficiencies. Seed companies can use this brief as a ‘tool’ to initiate and encourage discussions and actions that lead to more gender-inclusive value chains, improve results and lead to gains for the company, its women employees and the society in general.
