The global food production needs to increase 50% by 2030 and\r\nneeds to double by 2050 to meet the global food demand. If global population reaches 9.1 billion by\r\n2050, the FAO says that world food production will need to rise by 70%, and food production in\r\nthe developing world will need to double. The Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi, launched Digital India on 1 July 2015 to\r\ncreate digital infrastructure for empowering rural communities, thus enabling digital delivery of\r\nservices and promotion of digital literacy.
