%X Beekeeping is a form of agriculture that  involves management of wild or domesticated  bee colonies for production of  honey and wax. Generally, in Kenya,  women perform most of the agricultural  activities (GOK, 2005; Oduol et al., 2013).  Even though they play a major role in  these activities, they end up receiving a  fraction of the income generated.
