Abstract

In connection with the infestation of pigeon pea [Cajanus cajan], the setting up of a network of pheromone traps (baited with a 97:3 mixture of (Z)-11-hexadecenal and (Z)-9-hexadecenal) in India in 1981 to monitor Heliothis armigera (Hb.) is described and the monthly catches at up to 11 stations in 1981-82 are recorded
