Abstract

Tested individually by the antibiotic cup assay method, Benlate (benomyl) and maneb were the most effective of the 10 fungicides. Combinations of 2 fungicides gave better results than either constituent alone; Bavistin [carbendazim] + Difolatan [captafol] was the best followed by maneb + Difolatan.
