Abstract

Interactions of Rotylenchulus reniformis and Fusarium udum on ICPL 270, resistant to wilt and susceptible to the nematode, were investigated in Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh, India, during 1993-95. A higher incidence of Fusarium wilt was observed in ICPL 270 than expected in the presence of nematodes. It is concluded that R. reniformis-infested soils affect the resistance of ICPL 270 to F. udum.
