    Abstract

    Information is presented on 106 seed samples of chickpea germplasm [Cicer arietinum] collected by the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (New Delhi) and ICRISAT in February and March 1994. The collecting mission was undertaken to salvage threatened landraces, achieve a better representation of Maharashtra in the world chickpea germplasm and record agricultural practices.
